NO IDOLS S.L is intended to buy, sell, import, export and manufacture eyeglasses and sunglasses.

2. Products offered

The products, images and descriptions that appear on the website www.noidolseyewear.com for the purpose of marketing, are the property of NO IDOLS S.L (of which the company reserves all rights of use) and / or its suppliers and owners, whose rights are reserved by its owners without it, in either case their reproduction.

3. Availability.

All orders for products are subject to immediate availability and/or within the stipulated delivery time. The availability of the products on the website is updated according to the stock, being the intention that such update is as quickly as possible.

If for reasons beyond the control of NO IDOLS S.L determined article(s) appear as available in stock without being available and acquired by a user of the website, NO IDOLS S.L will inform you of this by e-mail and undertakes to act in good faith and will reimburse you for any amount that may have been paid without any penalty through the same means by which it has been made.

4. Fees, taxes and expenses.

Only no IDOLS S.L products related in the Shipping Confirmation will be the subject of contract.

NO IDOLS S.L reserves the right to refuse or cancel, without any penalty, any order that, by its characteristics or for any other information that NO IDOLS S.L may have to suspect that it is false or fraudulent or destined for any resale activity.

The user undertakes to provide the data requested in a truthful and accurate manner, consenting that NO IDOLS S.L can make use of such information to contact users if necessary. The user declares to be aware that if he does not provide all the information the order cannot be placed.

Once the user has registered, they will access the details of their order where they can review and modify their shipping and billing details, as well as apply the possible discounts.

7. Shipping and Returns Policy

Order Formalization: Prior to the formalization of the order, the user must confirm their acceptance of the Terms of Use; accepted, and made the purchase confirmation the customer will receive, in case of availability, an order confirmation email with the details of the operation.

Delivery times: The delivery period of the product will be between 3-7 working days (Monday to Friday) from the confirmation of the purchase, for shipments within the national territory.

Delivery method: NO IDOLS S.L enables as delivery method, delivery by parcel company. Upon completion of the order, the parcel company will deliver your order within 3-7 business days. 

The customer must inform NO IDOLS S.L of any incident in delivery via email: social@noidolseyewear.com    

Delivery shall be deemed to have occurred at the time the user (or a third party on his behalf) acquires the material possession of the product, which will be credited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

8. Guarantees.

All Products contained on this website are original to NO IDOLS. All of them have a guarantee of two 6 months according to the criteria and conditions described in the Royal Legislative Decree, 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

9. Right of withdrawal.

The customer in accordance with current legislation has the right to make, without justification, the return of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To make a return, the customer must process it through our CHANGES AND RETURNS form within the expected deadline.

In no case NO IDOLS S.L will accept returns that do not conform to the procedure and channels marked in this policy. In the event that the product is not returned in perfect condition, and with the original packaging, and the elements it contained of origin, NO IDOLS S.L reserves the right not to make the refund or to do so in part.

NO IDOLS S.L will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the client for the transaction, without undue delay and in any case before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which NO IDOLS S.L has been aware of the decision to desist the client.

However, NO IDOLS S.L may withhold the refund of the payment to the customer until the goods returned or until the customer has presented proof of return thereof, depending on the condition being fulfilled first.

10. Modification of the conditions of purchase.

NO IDOLS S.L will be able to alter at any time the conditions determined herein, with the modification of them published on this website. The validity of these conditions will depend on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.

By accepting these terms of purchase and use at the time of purchase you agree that we may use your email to interact with you for commercial purposes.

12. Applicable Legislation

The use and purchase contracts through www.noidolseyewear.com are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising out of these conditions of purchase will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, due to the place of presentation of the service.
